What to Expect Working With Dezthetics

At Dezthetics, we work with clients who are truly ready ready to invest in their skin. Whether you’re navigating acne, hyperpigmentation, or feeling stuck with your current routine, we meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way. We don’t believe in quick fixes or one-time treatments. Instead, we focus on long-term skin health and building lasting relationships with clients. If you’re ready to stay consistent, commit to the process, and learn what your skin actually needs, we’d love to work with you. Before booking, we encourage you to review all FAQ sections to ensure we’re the right fit for you.

Your Skin Journey Starts Here

Every recommendation is based on your current skin condition, your goals, and what will create the best long-term results. Real skin transformation takes time. This is a process, not an overnight fix, and we’ll work together every step of the way. All new clients must book from the First Time Client section. Your first visit includes an in-depth skin assessment, a review of your skin history and current routine, a discussion of your concerns and goals, and a customized treatment plan with a personalized home-care regimen. Please note that advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning are not performed at the first visit. If you choose a virtual appointment, everything remains the same — minus the in-person treatment.

Results + Commitment

The number of treatments needed varies based on your skin concerns, consistency, and individual factors like hormones, diet, and lifestyle. Most clients see the best results through a series of treatments rather than a single visit, which is why we do not offer one-and-done services. Results and timelines differ for everyone. Some clients notice improvement within weeks, while others may need several months of consistent treatments and home care. Home care is essential and required to work with us. Your results depend heavily on your commitment to the recommended routine, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed without proper home care. Starter routines typically begin around $250. Previously purchased products may be incorporated but adjustments may be recommended if they are not professional-grade or are limiting progress.

Before Your Appointment

All new clients must complete the intake form at the time of booking. This form must be submitted prior to your appointment and should include all current skincare products, medications, medical conditions, and allergies. To prepare for your visit, avoid professional and at-home exfoliating treatments for two weeks prior. Discontinue all exfoliating products, including scrubs, AHA/BHA acids, and retinols, at least 72 hours before your appointment. Botox or injectable treatments must also be avoided for two weeks prior. If you are using any prescription medication from your dermatologist, please note this on your intake form. Depending on the medication, a waiting period may be required before treatment, and you will be contacted with further instructions if necessary.

Booking + Cancellation Policy

A valid card is required to book. A $50 non-refundable retainer is due at booking and will be applied to your total. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Retainers may be transferred one time only; additional reschedules require a new retainer. If you cancel, you forfeit your retainer. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% and will not be permitted to book future appointments. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time and may result in cancellation and charged as a same-day cancellation. We do not treat clients under 18, and children or additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room.

We are located inside Cachet Salon & Suites at 451 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76104, Suite #25. Parking instructions and door codes will be sent the morning of your appointment. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, HSA/FSA, Vagaro Pay (Affirm), and Shop Pay (Shopify Affirm).

This program is designed for all stages of acne, from occasional breakouts to more persistent or inflamed skin. It blends corrective in-studio treatments or virtual check-ins with personalized home care and ongoing support to help you achieve clear, healthy skin.

SkinPen microneedling is a results-driven treatment designed to improve skin texture, tone, acne scarring, signs of aging and overall skin health. This treatment is recommended in a series of 3-6, or until desired results are achieved. Please note that microneedling is only available to established clients who are currently on a professional home-care routine.

HydraFacial is a multi-step treatment that deeply cleanses, exfoliates, extracts, and hydrates. This treatment is suitable for most skin types (not active acne) and is customized based on your skin’s needs.

We offer a range of chemical peels tailored to your concerns and budget… there’s something for everyone. Peels may include Face Reality, Linder Health, GlyMed, the Green Sea Peel and The Perfect Derma Peel. Please note that chemical peels are only available to established clients who are currently on a professional home-care routine.

Glo2Facial is an advanced treatment that combines exfoliation, oxygenation, and infusion to improve skin tone, texture, and radiance. Treatment protocols are selected based on your skin concerns and goals.

DMK Enzyme Therapy works with the skin’s natural processes to improve function, circulation, improve signs of aging and overall skin health. Consistency may be required to achieve optimal results.

Korean treatments focus on barrier repair, hydration, uneven tone, acne and skin health using advanced Korean skincare protocols. These are customized treatments that are selected based on your skin’s condition.

While many add-ons, such as dermaplaning, massage, and cryotherapy, are already included in your treatment, we also offer additional enhancements like CO₂Lift masks, chemical peel boosters, and HydraFacial lip or eye perks. If you’d like to include any of these upgrades, please be sure to select them at the time of booking.
