Refund/Return Policy

- All services are final sale and non-refundable.

- We offer refunds or exchanges on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of any kind.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note, returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

– General dissatisfaction
– Opened or used products

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email deztheticsco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item to request a replacement. All items are thoroughly checked before shipping.

Shipping Policy

- All items are shipped via USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Once a package is in transit, it is no longer under our control, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business — orders are fulfilled in-studio and may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered, depending on stock levels and your location.
