membership rules + terms
please review all membership terms carefully before signing up. by enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- all memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment
- payments are automatically charged monthly, starting the day you sign-up
- membership treatments must be used during the applicable month and do not roll over
- membership treatments and benefits are for the enrolled member only and are non-transferable
- members receive 10% off all eligible product purchases while their membership is active
- when upgrading an included monthly treatment, the eligible service receives the applicable member discount and the amount already paid through the membership is applied toward the service. the member is responsible for the remaining balance
- membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, sales or discounts. only one may be used.
- appointments are subject to availability and membership does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time, you must book accordingly
- all appointments remain subject to the studio's regular cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and no-show policies
- after completing the 3-month minimum commitment, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' notice
- cancellation before completing the minimum commitment is subject to a $100 early termination fee
- membership benefits and discounts are only valid while the membership is active and in good standing
